An issue has been identified in DSA 20.0.2.4961 (20 LTS Update 2025-03-12) that agents may be unable to download kernel support packages from Deep Security Relay when Kernel Package Update is configured to 'No'. As a result, customers may observe "Event ID: 5102: Protection Module Deployment Failed", Anti-Malware Engine with Basic Functions, and Intrusion Prevention Engine Offline from Trend Cloud One™ - Endpoint & Workload Security or Deep Security Manager.
